Hey everyone this Thursday we have been pushed back to 9:45pm.
There is a High School hockey game before we skate.

I would like to promote another sport I love, yes Ice Fishing! It’s a great place to meet some really nice people! I have a few pictures of the ice fishing I did with some new friends I meet this past Sunday before the Super Bowl Game! If anyone would like to join my new friends and me let me know!

Over30Hockey League Behavior!

This is a Recreational League!
You all know the game well enough to police yourselves and keep your emotions in check.
That applies for the nights when Maurice or I can’t blow the whistle.
So knock off the excessive slashing, hooking, and checking.
I will be monitoring everyone and if I feel you don’t get it, we will have a talk.
Fighting is an absolute no! One warning from me and the next time you will be asked to leave.
If you are asked to leave the league, I will refund your money for the remainder of games not played, but not until I find a replacement for your spot.
I clearly understand “Shit Happens”! Those are my guidelines!

Matt Loomis will not be playing any hockey until his Doctor gives him the ok!

I’m working with Rick Cobello on a schedule that works well for the both of us and Andy Bacman has volunteered to play goalie in his absence.

The roster has a few changes. Willy Randles will be playing on Thursday only and sub for Monday!
Neil Rotman has moved to the Monday night spot and Michael Palangi has filled in the Thursday night spot.
This year we have Mark V, Matt L, and Rick C for goalies!
I will ref on Mondays and Maurice W. on Thursdays!
Insurance is paid for and we have a contract with the Civic Center!
New release forms will have to be signed by everyone on the first night.
Don’t forget to bring any money you may owe.

Time To Sign Up! It's a New Year!

Hello Everyone,
Let me start with I hope you all are having a good summer! Lots of Beer and Barbeque!
Summer is ending and it’s Hockey Time!
Now let’s get down to business! I have scheduled 48 skates with the Civic Center.
There are 24 Monday nights and 24 Thursday nights. Time will be 9pm-1030pm.
Full Time Players will pay $600.00
Half Time Players will pay $300.00
The First week of hockey will start on October 1, 09 and October 5, 09.
Please send me ½ of the fee (Make checks payable to Adirondack Over 30 Hockey) to reserve your place as a Full Time or Half Time Player. Half Time Players need to inform me of the preferred night (Monday or Thursday). The Balance will be due on the first skate of the year. (Oct 1, & 5, 09).
Full and Half Time spots will be filled based on my receiving notification and payment.
Start sending me this information and money as soon as possible.
Last years players have to reserve your spot in the League by September 21,09.
After this date I will fill the open spots with people who have been wanting into the league. So get the word out please!

All subs need to find and pay me at the beginning of the skate.
Ideally, if everyone uses the list and arranges for their own subs, we will have full strength teams on a regular basis. Also you will get back $10 to offset your losses.

My name is Rob Brooks, my family is looking to relocate the American Hockey League Phantoms to Glens Falls this October, but we need your help!
